Incidentally, an exclamation mark ends a sentence and does not require a full stop. The first letter of the next word begins a new sentence and should therefore be capitalised. Who needs flankers' grammar was actually correct.

I love how most posts on here end up becoming a mines bigger than yours contest or more recently a lesson in grammar, punctuation and spelling.

Sort it out boys, we all enjoy reading rumours, club insight and the odd bit of banter but the above comments are just silly!!

Maybe he should check his own grammar, before having a go at others. That little outburst was far from grammatically correct.

For now i'll just carry on writing up my PhD, maybe ill send a chapter to you to check for spelling and punctuation. Then again.....

So anyway, back on topic, although it has all gone a bit to quiet for my liking at the moment. I guess the best way to gauge where we are in the moment and how quickly it will move to the building stage would be to compare the project to the saints one.

Saints got full planning permission in July 2008, the construction firm was selected a year later and building is due to begin in 2011. 3 years from planning permission to starting building.

Cas got planning permission ~end 2008 ish, and so even then were half a year at least behind Saints. If Saints don't start building until the weather picks up so say easter then 6 months after that is about a year from now
