Ignoring the fact that you keep changing your tune to suit, how do you know if a project is going to get planning permission before you apply? if all planning applications went through then you wouldnt have to apply, then of course how long will planning permision take even if it is approved, the feasability of the project, transport links etc all have to be studied, then of course you need full permission for the complex in order to get the supermarket money to fund etc.

Any credibility that you had as a poster is diminishing daily.

would wdmc give us land we couldnt develop? i think not.
As for tescos. yes they will be at j30, but from what i have heard at the weekend we are near enough there with funding for the stadium. i wasn't privy to figures but i was told it was less than what is currently being negotiated for naming rights so money isn't the hurdle for us it is clearly for you and waystones, but that's what you happens when you have a seasoned pro working the initiative like rodney walker over richard "we'll be in for 2008" wright.

Give over... I was only taking the rise.

Anyone could post anything.. such as "Cas are being sponsored by Diggerland. Joe Westerman was seen with his kids at Disney World. Diggerland won't sponsor us next year unless they get a written agreement that he'll use Diggerland exclusively."

Yes it's an opinion, but it's also too daft to laugh at.

So the Wakey fans have ran out of things about Tony Martin to troll about and have had to fall back on the done to death stadium argument.

Look I know it's the off-season but surely there is something more productive to be doing?

WAKEFIELD TRINITY - The PRIDE of Sporting Wakefield

THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY IS DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EXPECTING DIFFERENT RESULTS

WMDC haven't given us any land to develop though have they?

They have given us some land to use as collateral to borrow against, as far as I understand it.

The land to be developed is owned by the Yorkcourt (or whatever they're called).

I'm sick of all this stadium bull***t and people posting things that they clearly know nothing about. Can't we just agree that we are both trying and that we will see what happens when there is something officially announced.
