I think in the outline planning it said that it was going to be a hotel? Or offices, I can't remember?

Just a note of clarification, the images being posted date from some time ago and were provided as part of the various planning applications. The intention was just to give an idea of scale and impact of the buildings being proposed. As Richard Wright points out in today's Pontefract & Castleford Express article, the design phase is yet to commence. Therefore, whilst a design could be submitted that looks identical to the images posted, we could equally end up with something that looks very different.
