All will be revealed tommorrow evening. I'm getting quite exited now - a mixture of dread and not knowing what our future holds. Probably down to the dreadful season we have just witnessed leads to something like this been entertaining in a sick kind of way.

Tomorrow night is nothing more than a trick to get you all to join a club lottery. The 'biggest announcement in club history' line is now a bit old hat, Ferres is comming from another angle to sucker you all there and sell you the lottery.

Can't believe a club would just call a meeting to sell season tickets, lottery tickets or launch a hardship fund would they?

Barnsley, Yeah, they would, not just saying ours would, many would and have before.

CTRLFC has to do something, but there are so few tangible ways..... We need people tied in to a cash up front scheme which net improves the cash position of the business..... Whether you name that a season ticket, loyalty scheme or whatever, I am tempted to say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck....

I've had my say previously on the merit of converging the loyalty activities and how that long term improves the positions and it is immidiately cash positive, so I won't labour that again, whatever they do.... Good luck.

A bit like what we all got dragged to Cedar Court for, not sure how well it works as i dont think its particularly that brilliantly done by us, but I'm sure it must generate some profit so it must be worth you joining.

We've already got a lottety (Tiger Fever). It could go up from £1 per week to £2 which would be more in line woth mostr lottery schemes.

The lottery has just been re-launched. It's unlikely to change again so soon. The main thrust of tonight is almost certainly going to be a sales pitch to push Ferres' new membership scheme, how exactly it will work and what the benefits of being in it are. Whether 'member' also means 'season ticket holder' or whether the two are going to be separate revenue streams, etc, etc.

I'm also pretty sure there'll be a heavy dose of "we've got no brass" and "we can't compete unless..". It'll be sold with a stick rather than a carrot.
