No need to PM - Unless you are a member of the WMDC planning committee then everything is speculation and supposition and they haven't sat in review of every detail at the moment either. There are so many rumours and suppositions and guestimates around that enough people will heave heard something close to what actually happens to claim "inside information" and be credible, even though it is simply percentages. There are educated guesses which make soem sense and there is some information in the public domain that indicates a chnage in direction, but there are so many chnages it isn't clear - same way the new Hotel and Car Park development on the old Market site exists in public documents, but is highly unlikely while there is a hole in my Arsenal car sticker.

So, (shhh - don't tell anyone) but they are building a Euro Disney style resort on the banks of the river - there will be chalets with pontoon's over the foaming waters and Parisian style brasserie's where Hicko's used to be.
This is all dependent on one of the 2012 squad making it to Live Show's on this years X-Factor (I think my money is on Ryan Hudson) and Fecka P getting on ITV biggest loser next series, becuase Jack Fulton has got a container load of Fecka Pies in a warehouse that he will sell if he does.
