That doesn't make sense?

The BoD could have decided on Millward from the shortlist and contacted him to ask him if he wanted the job?

It makes sense to me, i don't know if they had a shortlist or not most Cas fan are kept in the dark you get more information from the secret service than you do from Cas, all you get is roomers and half truths the only people that get to know ho wt is them in the know and they don't seem to know ho wt

That's how a club should be run.

People need to understand that most information is commercially sensitive.
