He can apply for settlement at the end of this year to remain in the UK indefinitely.

He's been here 5 years and he's not been out the country for more than 180 days in any 12 months.

He also will be able to satisfy this:

You must have sufficient English language ability and knowledge of life in the UK, unless you are under 18 years old or over 65 years old when you apply.

Add into the fact that his two year suspended sentence from NZ will expire in August (he was sentenced in Aug 2011) http://www.couriermail.com.au/sport/nrl ... 6112349337 And we've got his visa renewed since then. There is absolutely no reason why Chase can't stay with Cas.

I;ve never rated Noble as a coach, and he certainly isn't doing anything with the current squad.

It's ok their fans harping on about they're suddenly a massive force in RL, but their performance against Warrington yesterday was embarassing at best, and in SL standard a disgrace.

Every try was through the middle from 20+ metres out.

Never seen anything as shocking.

They're certainly putting all the right adverts out to Billy Slater, Sam Thaiday, Cameron Smith, Sam Tomkins etc that they're after.

LOL but to be fair , Noble can coach money , a bit like Tony Smith, You will see a change at Salford when kooky starts spending above the cap as he threatened to do.

I will believe it when it happens.

I wonder how well "nobby" would do with this current set of players.... No better than Phil Veivers I don't think. I'd have to say having seen the Warrington match yesterday it's one of the worst defensive displays I've ever witnessed.

At the minute talking big and turning out performances like that is just embarassing, and I would cringe every time I heard it.

Launching his own inquiry into whether Westy threw a bottle, even when the cameras show he didn't? "if the fans lied to me, I will deal with them" ...he really does come out with some tripe.

And publically threatening to spend over the cap? WHo does he think he's impressing? He's new to the sport in it's entirety, yet he's talking like he's the most influential person to ever have any involvement in the game.

Basically, I'm sick of hearing him witter on now, as yet he has done nothing - other than appoint a coach who, historically, flits to wherever it appears the money is going
