Do you think Cas can afford to keep and pay Chases wages next year??

I think you are recruiting quite well, and maybe expected Chases wages not to be on ya wage bill next year?!

In the current climate I would say no - we cannot afford him. If however we can get our fan base up to something like it was in 2011 I would say its achievable. It all depends if the stay-away fans can be tempted to come back with the new membership scheme. 2012 was about 1,000 down on 2011's attendances.

No, that's why I said it would be a blow to the board if the Hull deal fell through. As for our recruiting 'quite well' in expectation of Chase being off the books....so far about twice as many out than in and most of those arriving will be on less than say Ferres, Orr, McGoldrick and Hudson.

Yes, we can.

Recruitment has nothing to do with Chase. We have had 13 players leave us either out of contract or released including some of our higher earners.

I would imagine as fully says the players off rosta will make a huge difference.
Gilmour and walker i would imagine would be on decent contracts, Hauraki less so.
No idea on the aussie winger, probably on a good screw.

Hudson & McGoldrick were on ridiculous wages if you were to believe the forums though so losing them 2 alone freed up huge amounts to sign players with.
