Has anyone else noticed that Barnsley was not mentioned in that statement ! Is that option not on the table anymore ?

If not then the Wakey fans arguments of being in a SL standard stadium is no longer a tick on their license application.

Everyone outside of Wakefield still keep saying Cas and Wakefield should get together and build a new stadium, it was again mentioned on radio Leeds at the weekend.

If the RFL are as stupid as everyone else, then saying yes we have decided to go for a ground share and will plan to build it with fairy dust then maybe we will both guarantee our franchise.

Newmarket has so many ostacles to overcome it would be at least 4 years before they could start a build. Thats if everything went smoothly. They would be lucky to have it ready for the next franchise in 2016.
There would only be Glover who wanted it, I hought the Wakey fans had given the Xscape ground share a big thumbs down.

Well well, it didn't take Glover long to get into the swing of things at Wakey did it?

A club that has fed the RFL lies for the past 10 years and got away with it. A club that has promised everything and delivered nothing. A club that still has the odour of Administration still hanging around it. A club that was gloating at the prospect of advancing at a greater pace than its local rivals because NM was a virtual certainty. A club that point blank refused to even consider the prospect of sharing at GH because they were "ok jack".

And Glover has the gall to offer a groundshare at NM to protect our future?

Utter tripe !!! New owners new beginnings surely we are entitled to that. Richardson run us into the ground now we have a new rich owner. Its not Wakefield Trinitys fault our legend will allways live on owners come and go and we are all glad Ted as gone.

How can Mr Glover offer a ground share when their ground has gone to public enquiry which could take upto another 12 months.

I'm wondering if Ted left his how to 'spin a story' book in his desk drawer when he left.
