The other way to look at it is that one of the things Ryan has developed into is a utility back/half, who an cover a variety of positions when there are injuries.
I suspect that's too complicated though, and it's much easier to go with the "TM buggers about the team to fit in Ryan".
I understand why fans turned on Korkidas las year: he was crap and a liability, who failed to even remotely to live up to his reputation.
But some now seem to have got into the habit of thinking there
has to be a player to turn and and hound: After Korkidas left, they turned on Sione, and now he's gone someone seems to have elected McGoldrick, a player who has committed himself to this club over a number of years, even when Wests tried to stop him coming. Frankly it's bollox.
After a season like this one, would it be too much to suggest that some Cas supporters might actually consider
