Am i right in thinking that you have recently signed a conditioner/fitness coach? If so hopefully a good off-season will hopefully see the cas players reach higher levels of fitness.
The signings so far for next season are an improvement on what you have so there are some positive signs.
Jamie Ellis could be a pretty good player if he just worked on his weight and fitness in the off-season. Should be on a strict regime that guy if he wants to make it at SL level.
