If you believe in good management then you shouldn't be in favour of Millward being anywhere near the club.
Look at the Wigan players opinions of him, what Long wrote about when Millward was his coach, look at how he handled Mathers...the man is an utter joke and has the man management skills of a dictator.
Good coaches respect the players and the players respect them, looking with how Millward handles things and players opinions on him - neither of that is true with him.

I think we will have to agree to disagree to be honest - respect is mutually earned and given and without getting in to specifics and being in around the squad and the preperations - you are only ever hearing a partisan view.
Perhaps I ask myself if I am Longy; how could I could have been if I had managed myself, looked after myself and been better managed and better disciplined? Or how much longer my career might have been?? Not saying it is a fact, just offering a balance argument?
Similarly, Richie has had more clubs than Jack Nicklaus - again, I have no axe to grind but reading some of his Tweets "Dicko made to play" and the Dicko tweets he wasn't. Then "Why does everybody want out" when subsequently actually it plays out slightly differently - perhaps how he was handled is a reflection of how discreetly and respectfully he handles certain situations?
Actually enjoying a discussion and disagreement for a chnage without petty name calling and daft trolling - thanks all!
