Just imagine if Wakey had not gone into admin at the start of the season then we would have seen some real forum wars about the minutiae of planning permission, facilities and buisness modelzzzzz.........

Looking at the RFL's guidelines, I seem to remember that no stadium improvements will be taken into account unless they will be available for the coming season.
