thought RFL had ruled previous that knock on could be with head or body after the saints try a few years ago.

A knock on has to be from the hand or arm. Deliberate heading of the ball is a penalty.

An accidental deflection off Halliwell's chest doesn't fall into either category. A very unusual incident, but the correct decision.

Had it been a Widnes try I'm sure you would have been up in arms over it.

I thought it was a bit of a dodgy one to be honest, but sometimes they go for you sometimes against you. Dodd never grounded the ball for Widnes first try, so it evened out in the end.
