Leeds are very welcome to him. Highly rated maybe but the reality is a poor squad manager, unable to spot and attract good players, unable to see where improvements need to be made and God help the next club who are looking to develop there attacking line. On paper Mardhall shoul be a world beater considering where Fax finished. Yet it's been done in the main with a squad Harrison assembled, lots of the coaching sessions taken by our current caretakers as well as the motivational player talks... Personally without those senior players around I doubt Marshall would have had those finishes in the top 4.
We were terribly inconsistent, never knew his best side and wanted and was given the clubs pursestrings to look after, which he should never have had...
Sorry but I fail to see what we will miss and I've never been a big fan of RM. Think he was extremely lucky at Fax TBH.
Be interesting to see in his next role how he gets on.
