He's had his Yorkshire Citizenship Test and passed with flying colours.

We can't blame him for his parents actions and lack of a car when he was born. No doubt if they had one, they'd have driven over the hill to give him a good upbringing, but regardless, we've adopted him now and he's staying.

The title is, So where is Widnes? It's in Cheshire. Your own council say it is.

The same crap happens with todmorden near halifax. Sometimes it falls under lancashire and sometimes yorkshire. Currently your council says it's in cheshire. That's all i've said.
