The two in bold in the fev game are the only two widnes players who didn't play in either of the first two games. The other ones are loan players brought in after the event from super league teams. Who were the other six first teamers missing from the first two games?????
Vikingman has a point, even if you do refuse to see it.

This is the likely line up for the game on Sunday, with possible alternatives outlined. We did have Bannister and Patterson missing for our earlier games, who have come back since but, due to fitness issues, have been spelled in the reserve side. These were long term injuries, so that is understandable. Add in Morrison and our three loan players and that makes 6. Toa was injured early on in the league game and Fletcher was coming back from injury for the cup game. Some players, which played in one game, didn’t play in the other, so we haven’t seen our better players on the pitch at the same time against you yet.
Due to a catalogue of injuries we have had a very unsettled side. We seem to be getting there now, and we also will be benefiting from a proper training regime. This is definitely a much stronger team that Halifax will meet on Sunday. I’m not saying we’ll beat you but, for the first time this season, I’m very confident we could turn you over on your own ground. My only real concern is the left side defence.
