The Halifax staff are hardly going to reveal their hand ( sorry ! ) before two of the biggest games in recent history.

We'll miss his attacking runs; he's like an extra back rower when he runs out wide. But, I have every confidence in Jesus and Danny Zuko.

While there was good news on the field yesterday, there was some bad news off it, with Calland confirming that prop Matt James has been diagnosed with a broken scaphoid.

The on loan Bradford prop was undergoing tests today to determine whether or not the injury - the same one that dogged captain Sean Penkywicz for most of 2008 - needs surgery.

"Matt's going for a scan to see if it needs pinning," said Calland.

"He's obviously going to be out for a while but we need to get on top of it rather than let it drag on.

"He'll be out for a while."
