It's a shame if his season was to end this way as he has had such a good one - most improved player of the year IMO.

However, I still think that Shad is the best fullback at the club, but suffers by playing so well in all the other positions he plays.

Na, miles is the best full back. Shad isn't good under a bomb.

Agreed, Shad is the best Full Back in the league.... his versatility against Miles means you have to shuffle things, Shad is quality, and in my opinion better under the high ball, not as quick but has a superb rugby brain.
We will miss Miles though, he offers something most full backs dont and has had a great year. Miles could yet become even better though, time will tell.

seem to remember was moved from fullback after dropping and letting bounce lots of high balls.

I would say that Shad is probably the best fullback in the league and definately super dooper material but we have to remember that Miles is only a kid at 21 and as you have said will get better. Just hope that Shad decides to stay.

And there's me thinking I was the only one who thought that! I was surprised he was ousted from the full back spot when he appeared to make it his own .... solid as a rock in defence and chimed very well in attack ... dare I say it a similar style to Kris Radlinski!! Will be nice to see how Shad now settles back into his better position of full back, even though I obviously want Miles to make a speedy recovery.
