This weeks DM has had at least 4 articles on the miscreants of Hull this week alone:

Mother going clubbing whilst her young kids were wondering the streets naked and covered in faeces.
Mother abusing her son (outside Hull itself, but tried in the Court there).
Teachers sacked for calling the locals thick and inbred on the internet.
Rape case.

Is Hull really that bad these days?

I feel sure that similar cases would have happened all over the country - some of them (heaven forbid) even in the south.

Yes. I'm quite sure that in a city of a similar size to Hull, four such cases might have occurred in a similar time frame. If not this week, then some other week.
