So despite the misquote you believe Thatcher was an heroine. This says a lot about you but I would suggest you do not go around Barnsley saying that do you.

Chemical weapons have reputedly been used across the water and you’re getting excited about a few pints.

Stripped of all context that’d be a compelling argument. Some of us remember that these measures were brought in to combat the biggest, acute public health crisis for decades and who told us (rightly) that rigorous, universal adherence to the rules was necessary to save lives and prevent the NHS being overwhelmed.

"Brian McDermott, with a wry smile, nods when asked if he remembers a specific incident which made him realise he was a prick. 'I do', he murmurs."

Can't wait for this shameless lot to try and hold anything against a Labour politician. Like Prescott for having two cars or Abbott having a drink or Miliband eating a sandwich. You know the sort of stuff that drives them to their standard position of red-faced fury.

The reality is that our friends on here are so invested in this little project of theirs that any hint of failure or deceit from the top might just suggest the whole project really is built on a set of lies like everyone has been saying.

And the loss of face if that were to be true would be excruciating for them. So the Dear Leader must be defended at all costs.

Is this you trying to psychoanalyse the situation again, what's your thoughts on the rhinos demise?

For someone with the academic learning you profess to attain, your grammar leaves a lot to be desired, your post should read Thatcher was a heroine not an heroine, HTH :D .
Btw I did not say she was my heroine, I implied she was yours as we all know why, and please don't think I'm stalking you, someone quoted you and I had the misfortune to read the post

Save your breath mate, as former heroine once said allegedly, this head is not for turning, the bitterness is so obvious it's pointless trying to be rational.

I am sorry but you are spending too much time with your fish because It clearly reads you consider her an heroine (a woman admired for her courage) or is this your poor grammar. I know you are embarrassed to be found out but please don’t try to suggest I have ever showed anything but contempt for her. I see you are once again having a go at those that find the actions of de Pfeffel disgusting, so by association I think once again your true colours have been shown which would explain why you choose not to vote living in Barnsley.
There is clearly far more evidence of your political leanings despite your denial. I on the other hand do not hide the fact I am a socialist and despite your attempts to pass your Conservative views onto me when you let your guard slip I see no reason why this will change and unlike you I go out and vote and back my beliefs.
It will also be my pleasure to see our current MP removed and Wakefield returned to Labour.

You don't
For someone who doesn't care, you seem to care quite a lot about sticking up for one side.

I don't have a problem
As I said, for someone who doesn't care, you seem to care a lot about defending someone based on a stance of your doing it, defending him, because everyone else is picking on him unfairly. Even though time and time and time again thise people are explaining why they're criticising him with IMO mostly rational arguments.

Your stance seems to be, it doesn't matter what he does, just leave him alone. Well I'm afraid people who care and have an opinion are not going to do that, they're going to keep reminding everyone of their choices.
