All successful organisations value their staff from bottom to top.
Of course they are all paid differently, depending on their responsibilities but, every part of the business needs to perform well for that business to be successful, not just the management but the whole "team".
Yes, some staff are more easily replaced but, NOBODY is indispensable and that goes for the cleaner and the chief exec and all inbetween.
Good management make their staff feel valued and dont just bleed them dry, that would be more akin to slavery.

Which we don't see very often in this country

Sports direct are a particularly successful business, so much so they get regular visits from Westminster committee members.

Whatever you say about Ashley he has been incredibly successful through his ability to spot an opportunity and have the nerve to risk his own cash to maximise that opportunity.

He will have paid more in taxation than 99,9% of all UK residents.

No concern for how some of his workforce were treated then, just as long as he's making plenty of cash.

Nobody forced those people to for Ashley so if they did and they didn't like the set up then move on - so no concerns they worked for Ashley of their own free will

No I don't but whilst people will go and work there these practises will continue - they will only improve if Ashley and his like cannot attract anyone to work there. Wages increase because of movement of people not inflation. How often do you have to pay more to replace a member of your team when they leave?

Don't blame the employer for paying as little as they can get away with - that is their job.

Labour have cut the Tories' poll lead to single figures, apparently. If the trend continues between now and the election Labour will win.
