Have a butcher's at episode two of Jamie's Great Britain. Not only does he partake of Persian in Leeds, he also visits a Leeds micro brewery, owned by an Indian family, with a 26 year old head brewer from Mombai
I saw that, it was the Leeds Brewery I think, nice beer.

Shame Leeds has never had its own brewe... oh, hang on ...
The thing I like about them is they do a "light" beer as well as a standard brew - you don't see that often in a micro brewery where beers with daft names and high strengths seem to be the norm.

Just made some chicken & chorizo soup, and lovely it is too, but I was just wondering what the situation is regarding freezing it? If it was veg soup I'd have no hesitation in doing it but it's the chicken that's making me think twice.

Providing you didn't start off with previously frozen chicken and you reheat it thoroughly, there shouldn't be a problem from either a health or aesthetic point of view
