Every wednesday at the Zone near Galpharm an evening of touch and pass is held. It costs £4 per person and you only need to turn up. You are put into teams and play lots of games in a round robin format. Its indoors on 3g surface (like leigh, the shay...).

Nick B goes down and says its a good laugh. May be good for us to get down there and get up to speed in shelter. Plus it wont all go tits up when only 3 of us turn up as there will be other people there who do give a toss (recruitment?)

I'll let you know when it starts up again (think its in January) with more details.

Last night was really good. It was very well organised and there were 48 participants.

Each team (of played 5 games of 16 minutes, which was a very good test of fitness. The facilities are top notch with great surface and indoors. Touch covers a lot of what we should be doing in Tag, such as momentum and quick thinking. Get yourself down there - its a more than suitable substitute for training until the weather becomes more clement.

Also an opportunity to recruit?!
