Just thought I'd let you guys know, just seen Motu down at the ground.

Apparently he's penned a 3 year deal with the club.

Thoughts?

My understanding is that he has had rave reviews for his work at Hull, so if true it sounds like a great move.

Can he player hooker ??

I think he has played hooker in the past, yes.

I have also heard good noises about him too.

The company I work for have a branch in Hull, and a few of the lads in the store are FC fans.

he hasn't played for four years and we have no quota spots - assume it's a coaching role?

he is 35 and has had an admin. and general manager of rugby role at Hull FC for the last 3 years or so. apparently very well thought of at Hull.

Why are you always trying to put me down Wrencat? I 100% saw him down at the ground but he could of been doing absolutely anything down there, I'm not denying it! It was only when i told a friend this he mentioned that it was true and he'd penned the deal that I put any thought into it!

Pen a deal doing what, it can't be as a player can it! Not unless he's changed nationality.

I'm told it's in the backroom, not sure what his official role would be.

As a Hull fan I would be amazed if he left the club, he is nearly as high as he can get without owning the club
