Wiggy has just said McDermott is aiming to be the first person to win the wcc as both a player and coach, did West not do this for us? Thought he played in 1987 from the bench and coached us in 94.

West was on the bench but IIRC he never made it onto the pitch and a big hoo-har was made on how Manly were beaten by a full set of Englishmen. |
