I really wish we could have kept hold of him, he was showing a lot of promise this year.

Highly dissapointing.

He was the only one of our young three quarters who I thought would develop into a quality SL player and I really wish we could have kept him. Certainly looked the part in his cameos in the first team.

Huddersfield have pulled off a good signing there I feel.

I hope this doesn't come back to haunt us like Ryan Atkins has.

disapointed we didnt manage to hang onto joe. from his little gametime he looked a better prospect than crookes. On the other hand we set a value on him and didnt exceed it which is probably a good thing.

on a side note anyone notice the date stamp on the articel says 4.40pm tuesday 14th sept? wonder if someone at T&A has goofed and this article was supposed to be released after our next signing announcement.

Well it seems Wardle feels he's ready for the step up to full time SL.

Fair play to the lad. Hope he cracks on as he did look a decent prospect.

Hardly had much chance to show what he could do and now he's off. I hope we haven't dropped a clanger like we did with Atkins. I guess time will tell.
