High Hopes, low delivery. Ok, he's gone 60, he's still doing great live shows, but really, it's not great. It's just a good pop record now.

Above & Beyond's Acoustic album

Above & Beypnd are a British based trance act who have decided to turn a selection of there songs acoustic for an album release

What they have done is create a masterpiece of tracks with real touching emotion without the 'boom boom boom' sound of their normal club tracks

A top album which is worth discovering (a full film of of footage of two nights they did in London is available on 'that' video website which they released on Friday)

Absolutely nothing of any huge interest in the pipeline this year for me other than Sonic Boom Six and Random Hand, maybe The Skints too.

But no doubt by the end of the year, I'll have found another dozen great albums. Same every year....
