I'd go with a similar team to yours except start Walters and put Delaney on the bench in place of Achurch. Walters was one of the very few good points from the easter weekend and deserves a place in the team.

I don't feel Walters offers much attacking wise I think Achurch deserve a spot on bench I thought against wakey who poked his nose through a few tackles and I think he offer more although it is just abit more

You're right Achurch did get on top of the first tackler a couple of times on Monday and his size and strength does give him a natural advantage over Walters. However Walters looks like he is giving it his all every time he steps onto the pitch while Achurch does seem to shy away at times. The stats can't separate them but if I was lining up I'd much rather have the less skillful but more committed player than the greater player who doesn't run his weight next to me.

Besides Delaney is to be given a late fitness test so it looks like both Achurch and Walters will be playing anyway!

Achurch offered a lot more than Walters, has to play.

I think Walters has offered far more than Achurch, works really hard on defence and had some strong runs and a half break against wakey if I remember rightly.

Achurch is a weird one, I can remember two involvements from him this year, his try on Monday, and the run for the try (was it Sutty?) against Catalan. Apart from that I can't remember anything else. Maybe It's easier to think about Walters performances as he is 100% effort type of player.

Singleton had a shocker against Wakey,but he wasn't the only one and you knew it would be him carrying the can. Same pattern emerging when Mcshane was at leeds ,and we all know what happened there.BIG MISTAKE!

I agree in part about carrying the can so to speak, but in no way would i say i regret us releasing Paul McShane.
