With the predictions thread "rested" this week what are posters thoughts on this weekends semi-finals??
Will it be the expected Wigan v Saints final or do we think there's a shock in store???
I personally think it will be Saints V Wire!

Sadly I think it'll be Saints again. Nothing against Saints, who deserve their success in the Cup, it's just a bit dull for the neutral. I don't quite see Hudds getting past them though.

The other semi is a tough one to call. 2 sides who started the season indifferently but have been in some good form of late. I think Wigan will nick that one but lose to Saints in the final.

I fancy Hudds. Going well in the league. Strong in both attack and defence, and as good a record against saints as anyone recently (GFs excluded)

Agreed. I do think at present they're stronger. I really hope they do for the good of the sport.

Huddersfield have the best defence in the league, so are obviously going to take some breaking down. I think Saints will miss Roby here, his scoots from dummy half would be a big help. Saying that, I still expect them to have just that little bit of extra class to see them home.

The other game is see as a real toss of the coin job. If pushed I'd go for Warrington, but there's no real reason behind that pick.

Wouldn't it be nice to see Warrington win their first game in an age against Saints in the Cup Final?

I hope Saints get there. If we're not winning it I don't care who is and I want Saints to have the extra fixture the week before they play us.

Hope Saints get through to the final, 1 more extra game should just about finish them off in time for our charge to 3 in a row ........ when will they ever learn get yersen knocked out of the CC early and win the GF

Me too But i wouldnt mind seeing Shuddersfield win the cup this year.
