2- Aizue - Was everywhere again tonight in an all action display, that hit he made that made the widnes player seeing stars and drop the ball was worth the admission alone.
1- Jones - 4/4 conversions and his kicking in general play was exactly where you would want it to be, splitting the fullback and winger everytime.
 Chandler also deserves a mention, getting better every week and did some good strong carries tonight |

 2 - Miles - Fielded and returned well all night after Sunday's injury.
 1 - Aizue - That hit really lifted the team.

 It would have been smith 3rd. But makali took it with that monster smash - that poor lad sat down quicker than a scouse with a job offer

Considering how well he played, I really do think we are somehow going to have to find a way of playing Penky and Bob together for the full 80 to progress far in the play-offs.

 2 - Aizue was immense, consistant all year, but seems to be really stepping things up again. Must have played a good 60 mins tonight aswell.

 1 - Chandler, looked good when coming on for Smithy (who also is improving game by game) at loose, and think he deserves a shot at a starting secord row berth now

 2 = Miles Greenwood (that huge bomb he took 2nd half was brilliant)
 1 = Aizue (still wish he would not go for big hits all the time when he misses his man but when he gets it right - ouch)

 Not the best performance tonight but well done lads they dug in when I thought we had gone we came back.
 Great to beat the 'cocky' Sky favourites - Widnes.
 You may be Super League but you still only won a couple of times at the Shay in all games since you came down.

 Jones = 3

 Aizue = 2

 Beswick = 1

 Difficult to select three players on such a stirring 2nd half performance.
