Had Swinton not won by so many yesterday, we'd have been booked in for fourth place. Agree with Wilf that we've made life more difficult for ourselves than we should with missed opportunities earlier in the season. The big losses at home against N Wales and Swinton at home were killers but not winning by enough in other games has been an issue.

We've got one last chance to put things right today. Hoping for the best but suspecting 38 will be the number.

Just as a point of clarification: a 50 point win would put us level on points diff with N Wales but they will have still scored more points than us which I think is the way the 'tie' would be determined. I'm not sure on this though as the RFL rules aren't easy to navigate.

Close but no cigar. It must have been electric that last 20 mins and full credit to the players for that but I will reiterate my point earlier.

Now will it be at Colwyn Bay or the 3G playing surface at Warrington (temp home and played the game against Swinton there yesterday)

Regarding today's game, Tali and Johnston were outstanding. I hope Jason is okay after taking a knock.

They're the two guys who can open up defences. We need them both at their best for the play-offs.

As for Wanderer's new found wealth from the bookies, I'm sure a pint or two to celebrate will go down nicely!
