And the fact it now looks like it is all wrong anyway. Roebuck and Robson to Salford, Butler to Leigh. All on loan.

Yeah I guess we feel we have enough cover at prop and second row, and Roebuck doesn’t seem part of the plan anyway. Time will tell, but it shows we don’t have a lot of confidence in a half back pairing of Ratchford and Austin if we are that desperate to get Williams in with immediate effect.

I think we're just desperate to get the deal over the line, if we can't get him in for 2021 there could be a risk he doesn't sign for 2022 if he can be accommodated elsewhere.

I’m not sure it is about the Austin Ratchford axis, but rather getting his signature as fast as possible (assuming we do).
