No they won’t. You can only sit with who you’ve booked with in a pub or restaurant. Two of you can’t just rock up and decide to sit with a group of four to make a table of six.
For Warrington’s home games we’ve had to fill a form out requesting who we want to sit with out of our group or bubble. They’ve done it right and they’re not putting two people for example, with four other random people you’ve never met before to make up a group of six, which is what the RFL are doing.
I should have made it clearer about watching the Wire in the semi final, my mistake. With the pubs and restaurants, there's no actual requisite to pre-book, just advice to do so, to ensure you get a table and seats. There's a rule of six at a table, but no actual mention of who they may be, or how many households they come from. This could be open to misinterpretation, which I might well have done, and the RFL.
Enjoy the game on Monday, hope it's a good experience for all those able to attend.
