If he's not on much and is maybe 6th choice prop then I've no real problem with Sangare staying. But I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves. Goudemand just wasn't big enough for the role we needed him to play - hopefully the mythical "middle" will be a thing of the past now. It will be interesting to see who else leaves. Might there even be a few shock departures to make way for the quality we need?
It sounds as if part of our problem is having a cap that is just way out of sync with players' ability. Martin leaving was probably part of fixing that up, as it will be a never-ending cycle of having to make do with some players unless we move on underperforming higher paid players. Martin was probably one of the few who was worth paying overs for, but assuming we're close to the cap we've some players earning far more than they could get elsewhere. Otherwise we wouldn't be finishing 8th and a long, long way behind Wigan.
