Luckily for you more like. Im not sure how many Leythers could cope with another one point defeat like last year.

Yes they're nailed on now for promotion and probably deserve their shot but don't they like to let everybody know about it! Flipping heck, I was ready to compliment them after that win at Hull KR then you get 'em "lucky for you blah blah blah". We had it all last year after the cup telling us what would happen in the middle 8's and they couldn't win a bean. Rugby League has a habit of biting you on the backside when you least expect it, poor old Salford, HKR or even Hudds are gonna bite the bullet and it's sad, we don't need and Leythers coming on here telling us how it should be.

Leigh fans will lose some of their chippiness when the reality of SL kicks in; meanwhile, if they make it, good for them - they deserve it. Their success will also bolster the RFL, as they will hail it as proof positive that their new system provides opportunities for clubs in the lower league to achieve the SL dream.

From past experience I can guarantee one club will give them something to feel chipper about, we did last time and the time before
