Visit //www.geofflee.net for details of my novels 'One Winter', 'One Spring', 'One Summer' 'One Autumn' 'Two Seasons'. and "Three Good Years" All six feature Rugby League against a humourous Lancashire/Yorkshire background and are inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller."

A reminder for the other 965 people : Thu Feb 11, 2021 6:24 pm
Just before Christmas I put a message on this forum stating that I had written six novels based broadly on my own life, one in which rugby league had played a big part and suggesting that other rugby league fans might consider doing the same. I said that I found it a great way to spend time and particularly at this present time when so many of us are having to stay at home all day and often every day.
I also wrote that other fans who I had talked to had told me that they would love to do something like this, but often they would say that they would not know how to do it. So to encourage such fans I decided to write three pages of general advice.
966 people read this message here but only one has contacted me so far. It was someone who has been watching Town since their very first home game in 1947.
So if this interests you or maybe if you have some older relative or neighbour who it might interest, then E Mail me at wgeofflee@gmail.com and I'll send them out to you.
My publisher is London League Publications. For a wide range of Rugby League books visit them at http://www.llpshop.co.uk. Click on Books and then click on Fiction for more details of One Winter, One Autumn, Two Seasons and Three Good Years
