Good morning my feathered friends , hope you are all well and Chirpy?Here is a Serious question for you how many Seagulls fans do you think will be attending the NRC Final at Fax ?Charlie thinks an optimistic 500 at most , and I think around 3000 Leythers at most , include around 600 from the Bowl teams and Nuetrals , giving a figure of around 4100, not very good for a Final .

In my opinion it was a BIG mistake to leave Blackpool , and I feel the attendance will show im right , one last question , what is there to do in Fax at the week-end ?Circus ?Tower ?Zoo? Beach ?

Obviously, it's nearly three weeks away, so the RFL probably haven't decided yet ......

Ah - that's good.

RFL site says 3 pm - probably just a default time. Some other "official" site says it's on Friday 19th.

And we wonder why folk don't come to the games ............

Nossy the printing on this Forum is getting smaller my medication must be stronger than I thought ,ive had a very difficult week , Sunday last my Dog went missing , found him in nearby Kennels , cost me 55 quid to get him out , Monday I went into hospital for a Camera up BOTH roads , I told them put it down my throat first , well you have to be careful don't you .

I agree Charlie, big mistake to move it from the seaside. The amount of money Blackpool wanted for the final would have vastly drained your prize fund. Do you honestly think the crowd would be any bigger. Plus its too far for the 411 seagulls to fly. The attendance will be what it is, the venue to the true rugby people of both clubs should not make a difference. The circus will be a one sided game to the Gulls, the tower is just up the road at Wainhouse, the zoo bar is in Town and the beach has been replaced - you will be playing on a newly re-laid pitch. Enjoy !

I'd say we'll take 1000 tops - around the figure we've taken to Warrington for the playoff final the last two years.

1000 cMON ESO , you've not had that many watch you all season , combined together im trying to be serious , where you going to get a 1000 seagulls from ?Theres not that many in Blackpool .

Now I know where my medication has been going , ESO you have been taking it , in double doses .

Apparently, we lost the toss, so we're the away team.

Which is good, in a way, because we'll be in a familiar dressing room.

When I say "we", I mean the players, obviously, although there may well be enough room for the fans too.
