I was doing the Twitter account Duggs so I hope the updates were alright! Good win overall and I was impressed with John Davies on his first outing. Two solid defences coming head to head next week when Batley visit the Keepmoat, should imagine we'll be a bit more expansive next week!

The Twitter updates are excellent thanks, good report however it still does not explain why brambani was not taking the conversions it sounded like his inplay kicks were good so confused why he was not taking kicks at goal ?

I'm none the wiser about the kickers either. Walker, Briggs and Brambani are all, usually, good conversion kickers in their own right.

I thought he was immense.Coming back from injury onto that pitch;then putting in 3 successive tackles set the tone and he continued. I was a fan of his to start of with but he,and the others defended very well - desire, doggedness, determination? Well impressed.
My only little whinge would be....where they say 'see the game out','close the game down' - game management etc. we tried to keep the ball alive - after the hooter went at the end of the first half and then after their repeat sets, where on your tweets you have it that Misi knocked-on,he didn't;he took the catch and then for some inexplicable reason passed it to a teammate who wasn't expecting it and he knocked-on. I don't think it wise to give a home side or their supporters any encouragement.
That stated a wonderful team performance - great day out, despite the A595 - what route did you take back,I saw you in a front passenger seat demonstrating map holding skills? then the vehicle disappeared - and the players MUST have another overnight stay before the Workington game. They were very good.
Must finish with praising our fitness levels - well done all!

We seem a lot more better in the forwards than we have been in recent times. A tough game like that today was a great test for our forwards on the boggy pitch and they did themselves proud. In the three-quarters, Smeaton didn't get much ball but did well in the tackle.

I'll have been catching up on a previous tweet probably, so that's why I got it wrong. Still a bit of an amateur when live-tweeting so bare with me

Dad missed a turn off and we went, what seemed like, all around Cumbria before reaching a motorway. I was too busy doing my match report to notice the surroundings!
