Angelic Prat...enjoy the game today ?
You must mean me. You lot must have finished infiltrating the Warrington forum.Deep joy!
I was certainly disappointed seeing Paul Rowley - he wasn't walking on the Irish Sea! He was mingling with Halifax fans
'Twas only a short time ago he was on Radio Manc whinging about London having a club.Must be like his daddy;not liking clubs outside your village.
As your sarcasm mentioned the game,we were mullered by another side - It was a repeat to that of your and Deggsy Beaumont's bête noire Bradford Bulls who also played us earlier this month and again the same 46 points were conceded.
The better side won.No complaints from me - other than the players from Bradford and Halifax coming out to warm-up while the departing players were taking acknowledgement/applause from the fans who had schlepped out there ( to Blackpool ).Hugely discourteous in my opinion.( As was the Bradford followers singing their songs while our game was proceeding.
Still, after the defeat to Bradford we got back to winning ways.
It must have been difficult for our players adopting to the varying days/nights/kick off times but I'm sure the next time we play at a stadium with orange coloured seats we will do very well. ( That'll be Barnet FC - The Hive - on a Sunday at 3pm 26th July - against London Broncos )
It was interesting to see how the full-time training and conditioning had managed to make Jamie Thackray and Rhys Williams look fitter than they have ever been. They were assisted by someone even older than Higham.Strangely, they scored more points against us than the side representing Leigh Centurions did.
I shall make a point of looking at the scores when you play Bradford and London in the coming weeks - particularly if I need assistance in sleeping as I thought I would struggle tonight - until I saw your biting wit.
You should take lessons from Deggsy - off field culture at Leigh Only a few days after those Twitter comments.
Stay classy.
If I still struggle to sleep I'll count all the number of transfers,in and out, that have involved the clubs where Tony Smith has been head coach and then count the number that he has not been happy with.
Any idea how many he has not been happy with?
No worries if you can't assist.I'll feel better tomorrow if Andy Hay surprises me with his team,if they perform as well as the team where Brian Noble has an advisory role performed today.
Congratulations to London Broncos.Hope their supporters enjoyed today and their winning run continues.
