I think it says a lot for the RFL that no-one there noticed until a post appeared on an internet message board.

That's pretty much what Karl Harrison said on Radio Leeds this morning. Apparently team sheets were submitted for scrutiny 3 weeks ago. A balls up on both accounts really.

Why do the RFL need three copies of the team sheet ?
