Aah,of course.London did defeat Leigh Centurions earlier this season.

The Australian influence has had an affect - Tony Smith at Warrington,also.( Best not mention the birthplace of Hendo - ain't in rugby league heartlands and I know how agitated the Rowley family get )

It certainly sparked Wakefield and Salford into action:getting Aussies onto the coaching staff - even though you just scraped past Wakefield in Ladbrokes Challenge Cup it would seem,by their chairmans comments,that some players may not have tried too hard and Webster lost his job.( Just pleased Dr K never uttered such words or apoplexy would have gripped certain rugby league people at certain clubs.)

You lot also signed 2 players from the NRL! A clear change from the local pride aspect,then.

I hope you enjoy your last victory over a south Yorkshire side this season,tomorrow.

I'm expecting Messrs Davey and Burns to nail it.

Eagles Bag Third Place After Battling Broncos Win - https://eaglehoop97.wordpress.com/2015/ ... oncos-win/ Ryan Millar gets my MoM today but you could make a case for about six or seven players. His second try made him look every inch of a seasoned professional, definitely a brilliant backup for our wingers should they get a knock during the Qualifiers. Also, an awesome performance from Connor Scott today who replaced Tony Tonks in the squad. Congratulations to Mitch Stringer on his 300th Eagles appearance today too. Onto the middle eights in a fortnight's time!

Perhaps due to the concentration required for the variable speed limits and speed restrictions for those abandoned cones on the motorway,my brain had failed to recall,until I read the London forums,that the injuries had curtailed the number of interchanges and that injuries to London players had also occurred at The Keepmoat.( Thank goodness such bad luck had occurred with London and not another club beginning with 'L'.)

Nevertheless,a much improved second half performance - another good team talk - and wonderful to see team spirit.

Great to see Ryan Millar put in an assured performance - his warm up was error free despite the conditions - and Connor Scott also impressed alongside the usual suspects.

Best wishes to all at the club for The Qualifiers and best wishes to London for the future.

Oh,and good luck to Danny for transport to future games from his place at University.
