Every Super League club in SL for the period 2009-11 period is there for the same reason as Crusaders: they submitted a winning licence application.

Yes, But all of them except Crusaders and London had previously earnt the right to be there by their results on the playing field.

Your list is incomplete. You forgot to include Castleford, they finished in relegation postion 2008.

Hey and dont leave out huddersfield (about 4 times) and the polecats, but Superleague is bent as we all know.

The club knew what 'debts they had inherited' (i assume they have a book keeper/acountant) but carried on regardless in spending money they didn't really have, but then again you are not alone in all that.
The RFL will do 'all they can' to assist you, they think it will work eventually, I guess mainly in producing quality Welsh rugby players, admittedly that will take time. If it's not sustainable, then it's only a matter of time before RL in Wales fails again, BUT Crusaders are in the best league to make a success of it.
My team Leigh Centurions will be stuck in the championship FOREVER, or maybe till 2048 when the RFL have explored every possible avenue that is nowhere near the M62

I don't want you to fail, I just want promotion/relegation back - to me that is a proper sport.

yh ex world champions widnes from like 30 years ago, i no lets stick leeds, mk dons(wimbledon) coventry bradford in the premier league and tell them they haver to win the league to be a good team. and yes they did win promotiopn if you think about it an extra 2 places were available in super and salford 1st and crusaders 2nd got them end of.

Wakefield have never finished in a relegation position in superleague.
