Rugby press reporting you are looking at going into adminsitration, leaving creditors unpaid and again bringing the game of Rugby League into disrepute

how is this club still signing players if it doesn't know if its still going to be in business ?

Because they've already formed a new company W Crusaders Ltd and have obviously had the nod that they will be in SL next year.

Taxman can't stop it. They are two entirely different companies and the directors of the new company are not directors of the old one. Legally its 2 people unconnected with the old business starting up a new one and the old company's debts are nothing to do with them. The morals of it are of course a different matter but legally they're doing nothing wrong.

I think this is why they want to cleat HMRC debt first before admin to save any further issues with them.

Usually the HMRC are the ones who dont get paid , dont forget the money they collect is actually ours
