What Crusaders need is a unique selling point for each game. They have that for this one with Gareth Thomas and if they can get up above 5k, then they will have retained the same number of home fans they had for the Hull game.
Upcoming games against Hudds and Quins might be when to bring in ticket promotions. I just hope when the numbers go down for future games people won't hit them with a load of negative publicity. The initial curiosity and big away support were key reasons for large crowds at the start so a decrease will happen. But they maintain a core base of around 5k to start with, they'll have done very well. What they've done already deserves great credit.
