Ps to crucrucrusaders. Rovers ground involves an extra 8 miles of travel to away fans than Gateshull. Might like to update your travel figures!

I'll leave it as it is as I did it from places.

Hope to see as many as possible back down other than people looking for trouble of course.

Haven't spoken to fans from all the teams.

All the Saints fans were pretty decent, and complimentary about the team and the place. Could say the same for Quins & Cas too.

Wigan fans didn't really stick around

Had problems on the terraces with both sets of Hull fans.

Didn't speak to any Wakey fans, and Catalans didn't bring any.

That seems about right, always trouble with the Hull fans. *Coughs* SCUM.
Wait till next week when we come down, we will show you what fans are.

The couple of incidents at the Rovers game were caused by a drunken idiot who causes trouble everywhere he goes and needs to be banned and the other one I didn't see but was told by someone on my trip that it was a Leeds United fan and a Cardiff fan having a bit of handbags.

All in all a pretty good natured weekend.

P.s Bread of heaven sounds brilliant in that stand.

Unless you play badly and feel the need to bitterly abuse your own players.

I'm a Wires fan living in London and have been to a fair few Quins games this season to support them, though I go in my Wires top as don't own a Quins shirt. Obviously, walking round in a Wires shirt leaves me open for alot of abuse- so far, found Leeds fans really freindly and up for a bit of banter. Hull FC fans- argh- yep, scum and everyone else I've spoke to seems to feel that way. Obviously not every Hull fan is gonna be like that, but you do get that overall impression from their fans.

I know he's on about the game in Bridgend. The point I was making was that, in your precarious position, you should be welcoming away fans (who do so much for your club, whilst you do nothing to contribute to theirs) and not having a go at them.

Is he talking about one incident or suggesting that all were bad? The problem is that he really doesn't know what he's talking about and is just jumping on the old jealousy bandwagon. If he can't provide a response, I wonder if he was even there.

A bit of advice - in your precarious position, concentrate on endearing yourselves to fans from real SL clubs rather than alienating yourselves.

What do you expect them to say?

Some of the Hull fans were acting like tw@ t s ... So as always that out weighs the good things. You don't expect "bad" things from supporters, after all it's only a game.

You asked him a question and you got an answer.

I'll deffo be coming next season, I really enjoyed the day out and your fans are quality. Be coming for weekend though for sure next time

We even had a sing off with some of your fans when we were winning by quite some way, no other fans would sing when getting peed on like that.

How are they in a 'precarious position' when there is no relegation?
Everyone needs a few season to adapt to SL. Catalans were languishing at the bottom of the table during their first season and look at them now, they have improved greatly, if they hadn't lost Potter close season they would be up at the top of the league again.

I think you're deluded if you think people are jealous of HKR. What is there to be jealous of!! I accept that the 'fans' who give the club a bad name are the minority however the bottom line is every fan is seen as a trouble maker and a threat. If you've read your board recently you'll of seen about a completely un-provoked attack on a Wigan fan (my friend) after Sundays game and until these thugs a forced out of the game then people will not welcome HKR fans to their ground as they will be scared that they will be going home with a black eye or worse!!

I'm a gutted that I can't make it to Brewery Field on Sat to cheer on the Wire however I'm sure the Celtic fans will respect us if we respect them!!

I like the way everyone is having a dig at us on this thread (HFC) although I think I'm right in saying that we have actually taken the most fans down there this season? Wigan also took a lot I believe.

It's not a matter of how many fans you brought along to us, we're talking about hositility form Hull FC!

Also, I think you'll find that the highest attendance was St Helens :P
