I was just wondering, what do people think of the game that has been organised, England RL v Exciles? I know its on the same weekend as Catalans v Crusaders, but those who aren't in Perpignan, is anyone thinking of going?

I think that it will be a really good game, and a very good idea of that... People say that its not a proper game, im sorry but why would they put in a coach of the standard of Brian McClennan if it didnt mean anything to them! It will be a better test for England, rather than playing France. Some of the players on show for the Exciles are world class, and it will be good to see how they all play together. The only problem is the risk of injuries, we only have Sammut in the squad, and hopefully he will be fine!

Would that be the same Brian McClennan who is that good he is currently unemployed apart from coaching some Auckland amateur side?
