Not that RL isn't unused to these games. I remember Barrie McDermott copping a long ban and getting loaned out to Bramley to serve half of it because they had games when Leeds didn't. That stank.

My spies at the game told me we looked good despite missing some names.

I still make us a work in progress and I wonder if the chequebook will be out once we get to that dead week between NRL trial matches finishing and their season kicking off?

Could be a clearer picture on any players surplus to requirement down under.
