I don't. In the case of France I think that a player outside of the Dragons would have to be making miracles happen on-pitch regularly to be considered for the 4N. For me a starting French lineup 17 would be all Catalan:
Greenshields, Stacul, Raguin, Baile, Pelo, Bartheau, Bosc,
Martins, K. Bently, Guisset, Elima, Gossard, Fakir.
Replacements: Ferriol, Mounis, Duport, Casty.
The only question mark about that list in my mind is Martins. For the full French training squad I would only pick up-and-coming talent with a shout at developing in the next couple years, maybe Judas for his experience. Who in the LER/TO is better than the above named players? Not Tamghart.
