A great win for Newton again, Wigan kept coming at us and peppered our line for the last 5-10 minutes but we held out well, top defending with everyone working for eachother.

Looking at Cuthies result vs Wild Boar they will be quite confident, got a feeling its going to be our toughest game so far since Widnes. Cant Wait!

Good to see my old club Newton doing well.

Numbers every week and results. No more than what Den, Bailey and the core who turned up week in week out last year deserves.

Bolton Mets v Widnes Tigers (Big away win, Sargey Hatrick)
Bury Broncos v Westhoughton Lions (injuries a-side, home win)
Chorley Panthers v Rylands Sharks (Big away win)
Crosfields v St Helens Wild Boar (Wild boar to make it 10 from 10)
Wigan Bulldogs v Eccleston Lions (Away win but tight game)
Wigan St Cuthberts v Newton Storm (Storm to win 4 from 4 with a Roblin try)

Bolton Mets v Widnes Tigers - Bolton been struggling to raise sides, though might be up for it at home.
Bury Broncos v Westhoughton Lions - we've a few back this week, not at full strength but slowly getting there.
Chorley Panthers v Rylands Sharks - if Rylands are on form they could run a few in, though Chorley can be a tough side.
Crosfields v St Helens Wild Boars - Wild Boars the form team; Crosfields will struggle if they don't concede.
Wigan Bulldogs v Eccleston Lions - tough one here, Lions on form should be a comfortable win, if not Bulldogs will run them close.
Wigan St Cuthberts v Newton Storm - Newton been improving but if Cuthberts have a strong side out they'll probably be a bit too much for them at home.

Of course, if it carries on pssing down half of these could be off...

Will ring Cliff T today and ask him to give us a view on the pitch seeing he's based at the school. although as it stands, we've not got a referee allocated!!!

I agree with the above, BUT The Roblin try aint gonna happen, got my daughters birthday party at LA Bowl, and after a huge domestic, i came off the loser and am not playing
